At Falguni Jain Gruh Udhyog, we carefully pack every order to ensure your traditional homemade snacks reach you fresh and intact. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• For festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, etc.), processing may take up to 3–4 business days due to high demand.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• We ship to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• Remote or hilly areas may experience longer transit times of 7–10 business days.
• Free shipping is available on orders above a specified minimum order value (as displayed at checkout).
• A flat shipping fee is applicable on orders below the free shipping threshold.

3. Packaging

• All products are packed with food-grade, airtight packaging to maintain freshness and hygiene.
• Fragile items like Chakri, Thepla, and Vadi-Papad are packed with additional protective material.
• We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our traditional values.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
• You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery.
• If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the provided address.
• If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Reshipment charges will apply in such cases.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and that the address and phone number provided are accurate.

6. Damaged in Transit

• While we take every precaution to pack your order securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur.
• If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and report to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund subject to verification.

7. Non-Deliverable Areas

We currently do not deliver to certain remote pin codes and restricted areas. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

8. International Shipping

• We do not currently offer international shipping through our standard online channel.
• For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements.
