Refund policy

At Falguni Jain Gruh Udhyog, we take pride in delivering fresh, handmade products with love and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

Since all our products are perishable, freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if you have received a wrong or damaged product, we have a resolution process to make it right.

2. Refunds

Prepaid Orders

  • All orders are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellation, change of mind, incorrect product selection, delayed delivery, or any other reason.
  • Orders may only be cancelled within the permitted cancellation window (see Cancellation Policy below). However, cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund.
  • Minor delivery delays of 2–3 days due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, share clear photographs and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be processed at our discretion. 

3. Refund/Replacement Eligibility Guidelines

  • Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, a refund will not be issued. Reshipping charges will apply.
  • Taste Preference: Refunds cannot be provided on the basis of personal taste preference or liking, as taste is subjective.
  • Timely Reporting: Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Partially Consumed Products: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for partially consumed, used, or tampered products.
  • Delivery Partner Delays: Minor delays due to weather, traffic, or courier load are not eligible for refunds.
  • Product Variation: Since products are handmade and freshly prepared, minor variations in color, size, or shape are natural and will not be treated as defects.
  • Freebies & Promotional Items: No refund or replacement will be provided for free gifts, complimentary items, or promotional products.
  • Accurate Address Responsibility: Customers must ensure correct address, pin code, and phone number at checkout. Errors void refund eligibility.
  • Non-Received Package Marked Delivered: If an order is marked delivered but not received, the case will be investigated over 7–10 working days. Refunds will only be issued after courier partner confirmation.
  • Reshipment for Customer-Side Errors: If the issue is due to customer-side errors, reshipment may be arranged at the customer's cost.

4. Delayed Deliveries

In the rare event that your delivery is delayed beyond the promised timeline, please contact our support team at falgunijaingruhudhyog@gmail.com or call +91 99788 10845. We will resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

5. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Quality Complaints

If you have any quality-related concerns, please reach out with relevant photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the product. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will take appropriate action after verification.
